Experiential Psilocybin Training Interest Form

This form registers your interest in the PsilWell experiential clinical trial. It does not enroll you immediately—our team will review your background and follow up with next steps.

Please read before proceeding:

1. Clinical Trial Fee ($4,500 CAD)

PsilWell operates on a participant-funded model. The $4,500 CAD contribution covers the in-person clinical trial component (paid to HippoScience).

2. Prerequisite: Psychedelic Therapy Training

• Already completed psychedelic training? You move straight to trial intake. You pay only the $4,500 trial fee.
• Haven't taken training yet? You can add TheraPsil's online didactic training ($3,800 CAD) taking place January 8–10 & 22–24 .

3. Need earlier training dates?

If the January online weekends don't work for your schedule, you can complete an earlier 2026 cohort and pair it with PsilWell later.
